Application process

Pakistani citizens can apply with a valid CNIC and a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages.

We usually respond within 24 hours after all documents are complete. In urgent cases, please contact us by phone for expedited processing.

You can repay via bank transfer, mobile wallet (such as Easypaisa/JazzCash), or cash at our partner branches. Early repayment is possible at any time without any late fees, and the interest on the remaining installments will be automatically waived.

Don't hide; tell us directly. We can help you adjust the repayment date or extend the installment period without affecting your credit record. We care more about your ability to overcome difficulties than about debt collection.

All fees (interest, handling fees, service fees) will be clearly written down in black and white before you sign, and we will explain them one by one until you fully understand.
